If you're part of the "I preferred when the story was serious" crowd, then 4 will be the worst game ever to you. But if you embrace the wacky, it's a ton of fun. I liked when Saints Row 2 let you make your male character trans. There was even a unique underwear pattern in the character creator when you moved the body shaper slider far enough to one end.
