Its a long story with other issues but in May I was lifting an empty garbage can in a shrugging motion with my right arm over some steps. I got popping/clicking/pain and weakness.

Got scared so I went to orthopedic doc who took an x-ray of both shoulders (I had pain in my left shoulder that wasn't going away after my vaccine.) Moved my shoulders around and said nothing was wrong and to go to PT.

Literally the day after my ortho appointment, I leaned really hard on my left forearm in shrugging motion. Got the same popping/clicking/pain and weakness. I also went to my regular doc to get bloodwork and it was fine. Physical therapist said I had muscle strains of my traps and rhomboids. Went to PT like 10 times and did home exercises and it wasn't helping. I asked her repeatedly if I tore something or if its a nerve thing and she said no.

Its been a few months of me just feeling defeated. Not sure what doc to go to now. My symptoms don't line up with strains and it should have healed by now.
I can't perform normal tasks like pushing, pulling and lifting anymore. My arms feel incredibly flimsy.
