Sandman. His shit didn't make any God damn sense. He was the only one that wanted to go back home and instead of helping the dudes that were trying to get them back home safely, he helps the dudes that didn't want to go back home at all. Really dumb. They tried to play it off like he didn't trust Spider-Man but I don't think it played out well. He was the only 'sane' villain in the movie and should have been convinced when Doc Ock got cured in the condo. They also didn't really set him apart from the other villains. His motivation was the exact opposite of theirs, and he fought on the same side as them in the final battle just cuz.

Otherwise pretty great movie all around.

I think Sandman was only fighting on the villains' side at the end because he just wanted to get the box back from the Peters and get himself home. Once all the fighting broke out, he just got out of there because he wasn't involved in any of it, really, and then was just trying to send himself home afterwards.

But yeah, him and Lizard didn't really have much going on, probably because their arcs were basically already wrapped up in their own movies (and they were CGI'd in). Definitely didn't hate seeing them again, though.
