The scroll wheel is not working properly, it's scrolling up down, all over the place with no direction. Or alternatively, I move the scroll wheel but it doesn't register and takes a couple of scrolls before it moves.

I hate when sometimes I knock over a bottle or canister and it lands right on the mouse, usually it pushes in the button to turn the scroll wheel to smooth scrolling, but I guess now it's just one too many impacts and the mouse is bugging out, but the problem is they don't really sell this wireless logitech mouse anymore and even then do I really want to buy a different bluetooth mouse and have to hook up like 2-3 bluetooth usb chips into the pc, feels like the signals might get crossed

that's why I have a box full of "reserve" M570s.

I thought of doing that much too late, like only after they went out of stock did I visit the stores and was like do you have anymore and they were like nope sorry

You don't need a bunch of different dongles if you have newer Logitech gear. One receiver works for several devices. I believe your stuff should be compatible.

I hope so. I'm fine with keeping the keyboard since it's huge and has all this extra pad support for my wrist when typing, so simply changing the mouse would work if it's using the same dongle.

But that means I'd have to go shopping for mice... and I can never find one that feels just right, ergonomically shaped perfectly and without too many pointless buttons (The normal left/right and a scroll wheel is enough really)

what......"stuff" did you get on your mouse wheel?

Yea the Tab button to scroll through screens. You don't really ever need a mouse.

for some reason I pictured a real mouse lol
