It's on Europe, and there was a big ruling in the UK a few years ago saying that commute time is part of an employee's work duties which is why they need to get paid on the clock for that time. This is a natural extension of that logic. And I wholeheartedly agree. If the company won't help me move closer then my time should be paid for.
