If you are doing random content though that's really not expected to get people who know what they're doing, because it's basically impossible to fail the normal content in the game. When I was starting as a Tank, I didn't know about pulling with AOEs until this one dude in a dungeon told me about it -- I had just been pulling enemies one at a time beforehand. After I switched it up, he gave me a "good job!" and we finished the dungeon.
