There's an Australian retail chain called Rivers, lots of big specials all the time. I get most of my stuff from online boutiques like DollsKill or other alt and goth shops, but I get almost all of my daily wear staples like underwear and tights at Target. I havent been to Marshalls or Ross in a bit but Ive found some really sweet shirts and hoodies there in the past. Kohls is pretty bad tbh but I did get two good pairs of overalls there once. --- The web of destiny carries your blood and soul back to the Genesis of my life form.
