A piece of the blackmail money. Its also safe to assume that shes into underage girls also. The only real question is how much did she know about how the operation was working behind the scenes, but it seems unlikely that any of that will ever come to light.

I think she was definitely into him, or at least into the sense of power that he gave off.

Whether he was into her, or just into the contacts and social circle she gave him access to is anyone's guess.
