  • snatch: 407.8lb
  • clean & jerk: 495lb
  • squat 675lb (paused, atg, no belt, sleeves or suit)
If you dgaf about weightlifting and the plates/numbers look meaningless to you, imagine the strong guy at your gym and what he is able to deadlift. Clarence here can throw that over his head. I guess try and picture if there was a harry potter looking dude at your gym who can run a sub 10 second 100m. Or if Ronaldhino was just a dude who liked to mess about with a soccer ball in your neighbours' backyard.

The guy doesn't compete but lifts at a literal olympic level. Many of his best lifts would have won a medal in his weight class in competition, if he was able to pull it off on a stage.

I saw a video where - having never done a sumo deadlift before - he walks up and tries it and instantly pulls 661lbs. He doesn't train bench press but has done a 440lb pause bench press before.

He also tricks like that guy Jujimufu. I.e. he does all that weird parkour-esque flipping stuff. A man that size should not be able to do all that.

Just fucking look at this squat. Look at it.

(p.s. he's vegan, seriously)
