Probably Energy Drink. But since it's a drink and food, I can't help but wonder what the person is subsituting the drink or food with. Subsituting the energy drink with water is way more convenient than subsituting the Big Mac with healthier food. So, the person who drinks the Energy Drinks is gonna on average be way less healthy than the person eating the Big Macs. There's more incentive to grab a big Mac than an energy drink over the alternative.

No idea why I thought so deep into this, but there's my unasked for take.

There are zero calorie energy drinks, but of course I'm sure they have a different type of garbage in those. Either way, I would think the sodium, grease and saturated fat would be worse.

Depends how much of each, and also what the rest of your diet and health is like.

An occasional Big Mac is more good for you than bad, plenty protein and some vitamins in one. There's nothing actively doing you damage, unless you start having too many too quickly, or if the rest of your diet is already too high in carbs and saturated fats.

Energy drinks are just sugar and caffeine. Nothing inherently good or bad about them, but drink too much (which is easy to do) and you'll spike your blood sugar & insulin levels, which is bad if you're already super fat or have diabetes. Some have added juices or vitamins but there are better sources for these.

Energy drink gives me a slight boost and big mac makes me feel bloated.

Then again if we going specific, monster main drinks tend to violently upset my stomach. But it seems to be the only energy drink that does this for me.

the amount of sugar in energy drinks is insane, unless you drink sugar free ones, of course. they can exceed your daily sugar intake by almost double, while a big mac's highest thing is fat, at 50% of your daily suggested intake. i'd say the sugar is worse for you

that being said, i enjoy both, lol

Energy drinks are basically just a metric fuckton of sugar and a shitload of caffeine in carbonated water. Big Macs at least try to act like they are edible by using real ingredients mixed with a lot of preservatives.

I drink energy drinks everyday at work. Not even the slightly healthy kind; 4 cans of Monster Zero Ultra. I don't drink them for energy though, I just like how they taste :3
