My boss gifted me one of those for Christmas (among other things).

I'm not a big margarita drinker and just drinking them straight isn't all that appealing.

Add tequila, triple sec, and maybe some ginger or fresh lime juice. Salt rim.

could add tajin on the rim too, which is really good with like a mango pure or something

Mix them all together, add slushee mix and more tequila. Freeze and try it.

Not sure what else you could do without just masking the original flavors

I suppose I should be more specific.

I had one of the 4pk and it's got me tipsy. I'm looking for something to chase it with.

If you want a quality cocktail, you have to make it yourself. Get the right, good, ingredients, and commence. Either that or go to a fancy bar.
