well, there is a bit of inflation, but prices are up much more than the inflation suggests. this is just corporate greed.

Apparently it has to do with lack of supply caused by lack of drivers/importers according to a Bloomberg clip I recall seeing. There's a COVID required restriction where only a limited amount of people are able to work in those docks, which causes a shortage in supply. Restaurants around my area are dealing with the same issues where they can't get all the items from their local distributers.

I say we all just stop eating and really stick it to these sonsa bitches!
