So it comes down to the final race of the season. Both level on points and Max but if they both crash out Max wins due to having a higher number of wins than Lewis.

Never been a massive F1 fan but this season has been captivating. Max in pole on softs which should normally mean he'd had to pit twice. Lewis second but on mediums which would normally mean he would only need to pit once.

Who knows what is going to happen!

Starts in about 40 minutes!

Working today, so I am gonna be watching it on mute on my laptop next to me. Hope it's a good race.

These live subtitles on ESPN's website is so bad. This was stuck on the screen for like 30 seconds.

Fuck Verstappen. He's going to get someone hurt driving like that. It's about time race control stopped letting him get away with that shit.

Max going into that corner looked like me trying to bounce off a car in Forza to take the corner faster than I should, lmao.

Credit to Perez there, that was one hell of a fight against Hamilton. But it seems to be all for naught. It just doesn't look like Max has got enough to even pressure Hamilton on this track.

Damn. Kinda gutted for Kimi. What a disappointing way to end his career. :-(

How can you say "we're not letting the lapped cars through" for 3 laps under the safety car, and then Red Bull complains and immediately the cars are let through?

But ONLY the ones that were between Hamilton and Verstappen? Half the lapped cars weren't allowed to go through before they removed the safety car. In what world is this an acceptable way to decide the championship?

Why does Max get to have a free win in a race where he literally had nothing on Hamilton the entire time? When the best driver is so clearly screwed out of a win because of completely arbitrary decisions that don't line up with any previously established procedures, you have to question the legitimacy of the race.

This is my first season of F1 and I fuckin loved the ending. I can understand the frustration at how the end went but that last lap was fuckin exciting to watch for me. >_>

(though to be fair I also was kinda rooting for Max)
