I don't like unions because of their typical behaviors that are in fact illegal, like a cyber attack on an online application. That's illegal and was arranged or encouraged by a labor union. That's fucked up, you are preventing people from working if they need/want to.

Can you explain to me, if what you're saying is true, why there are any employment contracts that the employee is happy with, wherein there is no union. Why do Windows employees even at lower levels, tend to really enjoy their job?

I would guess that some companies make efforts to keep employees happy in an attempt to dissuade unionization efforts, especially for jobs that require college degrees and for which finding replacement workers would be extra difficult.

There are literally MINIMUM wage laws, there are literally laws preventing discrimination in employment... there are laws for almost every facet of the hiring process and employee/employer relationship...(Which is fine with me, but therefor does obsolete the union)

The minimum wage has not kept up with cost of living, so in a world where there are more people than jobs, capitalist supply and demand dictates that employers would pay as little as possible knowing people need to work.

As little as possible and weak benefits is not a livable wage but is certainly legal for employers to pay

this is why union bargaining is necessary

It was the dumbest thing for you to bring up to begin with. It's not just twitter users using the term, never has been, we're just seeing more coverage on strike breakers recently so it's being talked about more. And even if it were the case that scab were a buzzword, which it isn't, the only reason to even come in and make that argument is to deflect criticism away from the scabs and toward those opposed to them, which clearly hasn't worked out for you itt
