He's got a little more definition but honestly my dad bod's not too far off from that. IMO I look better now than I did in my 20s

Because sometimes I think women want a dad bod because they dislike the idea of a man who goes to the gym "too much" but is often paired with unrealistic standards for what someone who doesn't go to the gym actually looks like

I mostly just do pushups and press ups, nothing too intense but my body type allows me to stay trim without a lot of effort
