If I wanted to, but this is standard fare for the cook that doesn't want to make it properly(which, in fact, I do myself too). I don't blame them, a single or double pepperoni thin is a BITCH to make and takes so much god damn time. We are actually supposed to put the pepperoni far more tightly together, especially on a thin crust. I mean, overall, it's edible, but someone higher up that doesn't have to make pizzas would say that's not how it's supposed to be made. However, the crust we can't do anything about. Thins always come out with the same crust. Sad reality, especially since we got rid of our garlic butter crust stuff. Sad shit, that.
