Timmy Turner (Fairly Odd Parents) Bart Simpson (Simpsons) Young Goku (DBZ) Naota (FLCL) ...etc. I don't watch too much TV anymore to really grab many but there's a Hell of a lot more. Even moreso in Japan. Women usually do the childish male characters.... typically. I was just curious because as a kid I thought Tails was a female, and as an adult I was trying to remember which gender I thought Tails was as a kid lol.
