My ability to focus and complete work has torpedoed lately, even when I'm in the office. I feel like I'm trying to drive in a car in the winter but the defogger is broken.

Ive gotten brain fog since a bad cold, the feb before covid all started. So its possible that it was covid, and im still suffering post covid
