I know of at least 2 off the top of my head. The one in the tower, of course, and the girl in the route 217 (think that's the one. The snowy one) in Diamond/Pearl. But are there any others? I mean actual ghosts, not ghost-type pokemon (though I'm aware some of them are at least pesudo-ghosts). I'm pretty sure there was one in Sword/Shield as well. I'm not sure if Hex Girl counts. While she's almost certainly supernatural I don't know if she's a ghost or something else.

Do the priests in the tower count? At least some of them claimed to be possessed, but I don't know if I should count them or not.

Keep the anime/manga ghosts separate from the games. I'm more interested in the games, but I do wanna know them all.

I think there's some kind of haunted house with a rotom? Rotom triggers all the electronics, but a ghost is seen around the house.

The one on the bridge is in B2W2, I think. Been too long since I played that. At least if it's a faithful remix, the TMs will be reusable.

Occasionally, the ghosts of a little girl and a butler appear in the rightmost bedroom on the second floor and in the dining hall, respectively. They cannot be interacted with and move by floating.

During certain occasions, the spirit of a deceased young girl will be standing on the bridge, and will disappear if the player walks towards her. An old lady in the gate to the east of the bridge will explain that the young girl used to play around the area with an Abra before the bridge was built. In the sequels, the girl will also appear in the Strange House, where she will refer to Abra and the bridge before telling the player to return the Lunar Wing there, which will trigger a battle with Cresselia.

Fairly certain there's one in every game.

In Sword/Shield it's a little girl that gives you a note for her childhood friend but the friend is now an old man and he says the girl just disappeared one day. She's in Motostoke and guy is in Ballonlea iirc.
