Do you think this kid's life is over?

19 y/o Jeremy Kamperveen from Florida is charged with extortion and cyber stalking after he threatened to leak photos and videos of Democrat State Senator Lauren Book's BREASTS if she didn't pay him $7000 smackers!!

The teen, from Plantation, Florida obtained her photos and initially requested 5000 to have them removed

He communicated with her through text which included sending photos of her breasts being exposed and threatened to end her career by leaking them as it's unclear how he got ahold of them which Book has since branded "distorted, fake and stolen"

The feds took over for her during the investigation and had negotiated a payout with the teen by using her identity and agreed a payout of 4000 at a local starbucks in exchange for the deleted photos and videos.

He was then found and arrested when he showed up on Nov. 17

He admitted to sending the messages and photos as they were still found on his phone in a folder containing the photos and videos.

Kamperveen also asked for a SELFIE from her and promised not to do anything with it as long as she cooperated

The investigator, as Book, asked him what he really wanted and he said "I am here because you turn me on. If you wish to pay money instead then i can take that deal. I truly was only here for picture and videos so i did not think about a reasonble cash reward. It would not be a small amount so take your choice"

The agent says "when will it end?" tow which he says "it will end once the money gets sent over" which was then negotiated with 5000 and some gift cards but then lowered to 4000

He was later released on 60,000 bond with electronic monitoring and barred from contacting Book or using the internet

Book has relesed a statement on being a victim of the extortion and remains an advocate for victims of child sex abuse after being molested by a nanny when she was younger

She thanked law enfrocement and her family for swift action resulting in the arrest and the Democratic caucus and senate president for maintaining her privacy throughout but is disappointed in Marsy's law where law enforcement is required to protect victim's rights and teir identity until prosecution and noted the weaknesses in it.

The Supreme Court has ruled that no one can legally be barred from online usage for life so it's only for a maximum term of some sort regardless of the crime.
