You can only use it if you're in one of the hub areas as listed on the map.

Fun fact: This was Limbic System(/Ancient Reptilian Brain/Horrific Necktie/A bunch of roles)'s first voice acting job. His previous job? Prog metal vocalist.

So a good bit's happened now, less goofy side stuff and more actually solving the case. In the course of that, Klassje opened up to me, Titus finally shook my hand, I have a lead suspect in Ruby, and that whole scene of Titus accepting the idea that we're on the same side just gave me chills

Passed a 92% pain threshold red check to stop her torture device and then SOMEHOW passed a 30% rhetoric red check to stop her from shooting herself

But Ruby DIDN'T do it? Is it Klassje??? Is it the horrific necktie, now drowning in a spirit bomb?
