it's called Library Extension

if you go to any of a number of bookseller's sites (such as Amazon), it'll show you its availability in your local library

you can also add as many library systems are you can. as you can see from this screen cap, I have my local libraries (LA City and County), as well as those from Chicago, Oak Brook (Chicago suburbs), Omaha, etc

No. I buy any books I'm interested in. Libraries are for the poors.

I don't keep them. I donate them or sell them on Facebook Marketplace when I'm done unless they're good enough to warrant being part of my collection.

yo, that's awesome. does it work for other media, like movies, music or video games? the library is a great resource for all of those, not just books. libraries kick ass.
