The defendents legal council denied that were going to flee the country and noted their employment history as they asked to set the bail lower to 50,000 or 100,000. When the announcement of their arrest were made public, the US Marshalls offered a 10K bounty for information leading to their arrest A Detroit business owner tipped off police after spotting their vehicle and caught them going inside.
