I'm talking about up to a fifth a day, at least 4 nights a week, but usually every night.
Aside from my disposition changing, along with already losing weight, I don't feel much different. I'm also trying to figure out what I can do to not feel left out, since all my friends and spouse drink. :( --- Am I seducing or being seduced? ... Copied to Clipboard!

First off, don't associate drinking with something that is to be "left out" of. It is something you do not want to take part of.
Then maybe look to improve your health through gyms and other activities and make buddies that way. ... Copied to Clipboard!

That's bigtime man congrats! especially considering your surroundings. How did your sleep schedule change during that first month? I'm asking cause I'm an everyday drinker and if I don't drink before I go to sleep I'm pretty much not gonna get any sleep.
