It lives and thrives on one upping itself with it's scenes and keeping you engaged with it's crazy animation style. Not my favorite anime of all time but it's definitely worth the watch. Not something like Highschool DxD or Highschool of the Dead. Yeah, the characters are frequently near-naked, but its usually played more for humor or drama than titillation.
