Yeah, the goal of being a famous actor is to no longer have to take every role that comes your way. That's why Nicolas Cage is such a mystery; he was in banger after banger for a while, making bank, and he still seemed to take every script that flopped onto his desk in an anonymous brown paper sack.

I know he bought a several million dollar property in Sedona, AZ and built a huge house on it. Then proceeded to stay in maybe a few times. My aunt and uncle live close to said property year round and never say him but once. It has a differ owner now
