You are presuming that such alien life is like a sci fi movie and advanced odds are if were looking the life we find is gonna be more like animals or bugs and bacteria.

if such life finds us then it will probably be the advanced type.

but expect the reality to be something more like Star ship troopers or invaders from mars than some peaceful emissary looking to uplift us from the ways of instagram and tic tok.
