I mean, yeah. There's a strong correlation between physical and mental health (obviously this does not account for plenty of people who deal with mental illness, but general malaise and depression can be helped with exercise)

I do 60-90 minutes/day. 150 minutes a week seems pretty low, I'd definitely still be a fat ass.

I do 30 minutes of walking 3x a week. And about 2 minutes of resistance training 7 times a week.

That is a grand total of about 105 minutes of exercise per week. Indeed i believe i need to increase my training. I will probably start doing 4 minutes of resistance training 7 times a day starting next week.
