The show doesn't actually start airing in Japan until the start of January. I don't think Netflix has actually put out a full release schedule, but I don't think we should expect episode 13 onwards until after these first 12 episodes air weekly in Japan, and maybe not until the second cour of episodes air as well since Netflix likes to wait. It just feels like a new season of jojo which I enjoy. I am worried about it being a one off kind of season, like diamond and golden wind. I enjoyed the first 2 arcs and stardust crusaders. Just the overarching story. But I mean main bad guy from then is gone so what are they gonna do? As of episode 12, one of the main characters has still only had a face cameo, and we were only just barely introduced to another. Imagine if Polnareff didn't show up to Stardust Crusaders until a third-way through the series. (And keep in mind, starting with Part 4 these shows have been cranking up the pacing, compared to slow-ass Stardust.) But the fights are still great, and once the cast settles in it's just as fun as any other part. The dynamic between Jolyne and the main villain is great. And once they finally move past the prison, it's a non-stop crazy train of hotness, culminating in one of the most fucking insane climaxes in the entire series.
