Board 8 > Alabama Man demands JUSTICE after his XBOX Series S was DUMPED by Fedex Driver!.

A rogue Fedex driver who dumped packages into an Alabama ravine SIX different times depriving over 450 customers before Thanksgiving have left many in anger...particularly one unhappy customer who bought an XBOX Series S for himself as a CHRISTMAS GIFT and now wants JUSTICE!!

Fedex shared pics of kind-hearted FedEx employees sent out by the company to pick up the dumped packages "all over the south" along with multiple trucks and sacrificed their thanksgiving to pick it up and deliver to families waiting for their items

The company is working with law enforcement in the investigation that began on Nov 24 and the driver has since been fired

Chris Finchum, the owner of the XBOX however says that is not enough and demands JUSTICE for his console he's been waiting a YEAR for and saved up his hard earned money on after purchasing the "hard to find" XBOX Series S and bought it as a christmas gift for himself and demands the driver be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!!

He said "This wasn't no 2 or 3 dollar deal. This was thousands of dollars. People's hard earned money that they work for just thrown off a ditch somewhere. It's just like, ok, fired him, good. Let's take him to court. Let's get him some charges. He needs to be prosecuted now like the scum he is"...

His wife Andrea agrees and said although there some signs of water damage on the box, the XBOX itself wasn't damaged and said in TEARS "it's heartbreaking that someone would take advantage of people when they are supposed to be delivering kids toys to them for Christmas"

Although he was filled with anger when his XBOX did not arrive on time, he feels thankful that he was reunited with his console and is having a lot of fun he's been waiting for after not being able to find an XBOX for months

A resident, Natasha Abney said her neighbor who owned the property where the packages were dumped alerted police when they noticed it and that is how they discovered the missing items

She said some boxes were busted open while others weren't and were thrown 60 feet down. Since then some resident had gone down themselves looking for their packages there.

She said everyone whose had packages thrown down there were wronged and it's a sad day

The XBOX Series S is retail for 299 while the much more expensive Series X is at 499 as both consoles were hot commodities during Black Friday with the Series S being the most bought during the pre-christmas rush and are still both hard to find because of chip shortages causing delays in production for the new PS5 and XBOX consoles.
