December through February is snowy winter
March through May is wind, showers, and flowers
June through August is hot summer weather
September through November is breezy leaves and cool temperatures

I imagine it's a pleasant place to live.

Inland northwest is one of my favorite areas (northern California, eastern Oregon and Washington, and Idaho) and generally experiences that kind of temperate climate. It's also mostly white and full of conservaderps so can be lacking in 'culture' and 'diversity' if those are things you value.
