38g of fiber is whats recommended every day.

I drink a morning shake with protein, blueberries, rasberries, and flax seed - total 9g fiber
I ate a turkey sandwich for lunch with wheat bread - 3g fiber
I ate salmon with broccoli, carrots, and quinoa for dinner - 11g fiber
And I drank a protein shake in the middle of the day - 1g fiber
I'm also about to eat half a cup of 0% fat greek yogurt - 0g fiber

Thats 24g of fiber with 2 fruits, 2 vegetables, wheat bread, quinoa, and a side of flax seed on a pretty damn healthy diet.

Yeah, it is a lot. I've been trying to add more fiber to my diet lately after realizing I wasn't getting much. Fiber One bars are helpful but they are pretty expensive.

Legumes but also oats, potatoes, barley, and other whole food starches. I got 45g of fiber with a lunch of two black bean burgers and some roasted potatoes.

Im trying half my body weight in protein everyday so 100 g a day. Its hard man. I feel like im over eating.

Forgot to mention I also ate half a cup of pomegranate seeds after dinner which I opened up myself from a fresh pomegranate. That only added 1g fiber. It feels like alot more since the inside of the seeds are hard.

1 serving of lentils will pretty much solve all my problems - high in fiber, high in protein, high in good carbs, low fat. And its a superfood.

Whole wheat pasta, rice, bread, oatmeal. Good breads will have 3 grams per loaf. Lots of veggies. I also get chick pea, red lentils, black bean pastas which are loooaded with fiber. You'd have to more like vegans since animal protein has no fiber
