Someone want to explain that tactic to me? The father didnt seem to want to take the gun away from him. Just push it away from his body. Hes standing his ground. After they spinned, the father wasnt going after little dick instead little dick was moving backwards safely but decided to shoot anyway. And then finally where was he shooting at this guy who wasnt armed? In the direction of the home presumably where the kid is. Don't know who the asshole owner was, but he left way too much of a lead on the chain. It made it a good 7-8 feet from the truck before it hit the end. I was tempted to go pound on the door and flip shit on the owner, but I wasn't in the best state of mind to go confronting someone. He was picking up his son, which was probably by court order. The mom and stepdad were breaking the law by not giving the son up to him. And he tried to disarm someone that shot at the ground. If anything, he was acting in self-defense first. And honestly, the stepdad shouldn't have even brought the gun out in the first place. He's the one that escalated the whole situation. Had he not gotten his gun, no one would be dead. If they had given the guy he son like they were suppose to, no one would be dead. If they didn't want him at the house, they could have asked for the location for passing the child to the other parent to be somewhere other than their house. This isn't the bio dad's fault.
