I'm in the best shape of my life currently. 45 straight weeks of a workout routine.

I use the FitOn app. It's free. I got it on my phone. You type in what your fitness goals are and they give you free workout videos to do at home. All you need is a mat and some dumbbells. It's completely free unless you want the meal plans. 15-45 minutes videos.

I do 4-5 of those videos a week after my morning coffee and drink a protein drink after. And I go to the gym for heavy weights twice a week, one day upper body and one day lower body and abs.

My job keeps me pretty active and I ride my bike a lot (although I'm probably gonna put it away soon and start walking because winter sucks)

Other than that, I don't really feel the need to exercise or workout.

I go to the gym to lift 3x a week and I try to walk at least 3 miles a day on average. I'm trying to make myself run 3x a week, thats the tough part.

45-55 miles per week running

3x per week lifting

I'm also a mountain guide so, climbing mountains I guess

A great alternative to running is cardio workout. Today with the FitOn app I did a cardio chisel video that had me dripping sweat and it was only 25 minutes.

I go to the gym 3x a week. I walk there which is about half a mile there and back, then i mop the floors which takes like 10 minutes, then i do some exercises with my left hand, maybe a few push ups and some curls.

At home i have 25lb dumbbells that i do 15 curl to shoulder press with with each arm once or twice a day, sometimes i do 20 push ups too. Thats about it i know i totally have to do more.

Run 6 days a week, 10-13 miles in the morning and if I don't work late I'll run another 7-10 miles at night. 70-90+ miles/week.
