The longer and more rambling the story is at the start of the video, the better the recipe.

If they don't tell you at least four times to like, subscribe and smash that notification bell, then it's not even worth sticking the stove on.

Views to Likes ratio.

Assuming the video is rated really-good (i.e. 99% or whatever), well, that amount as a ratio to overall hits will follow a normal distribution. This is one of many "engagement" metrics. Say, 4% of all viewers will vote like/dislike. So, working backwards, you first find the average/standard ratio, and then see how much lower the likes to views are. That should give an indication of the like/dislike ratio.

of course, this data you'd probably have to research yourself.

Pro-tip....differently genres will have different engagement ratios. Best to do some research based on, in this case, the cooking genre.
