Eh I cook a lot and watch a lot of Food Channels and I heavily disagree about Joshua. Adam has the most accessible recipes, Babish buys the most expensive ingredients and his prep time often requires throwing away your entire day away and in some cases more lol. Joshua is actually quite reasonable and his recipes are amazing. I really hated him for years because of how he acts but I eventually gave in because his technique and recipe structure is just really good. None of his cooking equipment is unreasonable. Things like a food processor, a mandolin, etc are completely necessary for someone who takes cooking really seriously.
