I didn't really like it. It just felt like a more "soulless" version of Left 4 Dead, for lack of a better term.

I don't really care for the weapon drops and attachments with different rarities (epic rare AK47 and an ultra rare extended magazine, etc) and all that, the relative simplicity of Left 4 Dead was more appealing.

They added in-game currency to buy cosmetics etc. because every game must have that now. I feel like people play just to farm that and subsequently rush through as fast as possible to earn it quicker.

I played on Recruit, maybe on the higher difficulties more strategy comes into play and makes it more engaging, but kind of doubting it. The gunplay is ok.

But like I said earlier it's the style and presentation that was more disappointing. It feels like a generic Walking Dead episode or something where L4D had a way better atmosphere.

Maybe, I played online with a friend so I got some. Annoyingly, they also only seem to unlock when you finish and exit a session. So when I left the game at the end of the night, I unlocked like 10 in a row.

I haven't touched it in about a month because of the achievements being locked to online co-op and other shit.

Game sucks and will die just like Evolve did. No sense in buying it whatsoever.
