They charged me $259.80 because I canceled their service. That's 1 month in service fees and $174 to break the contract.

I got a refund because they changed the contract terms without my authorization, but they refunded me $259.65

Should I bother calling about the last 15 cents?

I would not, and heres why: first, your time is worth money as well (even if youre not actively doing something to earn money, theres a value you be placed on your leisure time) and its probably worth more than the fifteen cents youre going to get if all goes well on this phone call, which could last a long time.

The second reason why is that every time you call one of these companies you give them an opportunity to find some technicality to fuck you on. Is it worth rolling that die on for fifteen cents?
