19 y/o Justine Gross, a NJ Penn State College Student was horrifically killed after she fell 11 STORIES down a TRASH CHUTE in her apartment building to her death after having a "bad reaction" to smoking MARIJUANA as mother suspects foul play!!

She was found dead in a landfill on Nov 12, a day after she was found missing

Surveillance footage showed her leaving her place on the 10th floor of Beaver Terrace Apts, which is off campus housing and walked to meet a man at his place on the 7th floor

She is later seen stumbling out of his apt with him but then the video captures her running ot the 11th floor seemingly alone and quickly getting into the trash room where the chute is. That is the last time she was seen alive but her mother suspects she was being chased

Francoise, her mother said she spoke to the man and said "You're the last one to see my daughter, what happened? He said, kind of casually, like, she came down and i gave her a smoke"

Justine's roommates confirmed that she gone down to smoke weed at the man's apt which surprised the mother cause she wasn't aware her daughter used drugs

Francoise said the man told her Justine had a really bad reaction and panicked or whatever and was trying to get her back into his apt

Her roommates were waiting for her but she never returned. Justine reportedly fell to her death at 11:22pm just before she messaged her friend "something just happened"

When she went missing after that, her mother and others went on a search to fin dher only a day later to have been told her body was found in a landfill

While state police said the incident is accidental in nature, her mother disagrees who said "That's not justine. She would never do something like that, go down a chute. They want me to believe she walked into that chute. I believe someone was chasing her and she went into the chute, thinking it was a staircase"

Police have released minimal details on the investigation but francoise denied it and said they just want to move on from it and claim it as an accident. The dept confirmed and said she died as a result of the fall from the trash chute on the 11th floor and evidence suggest she was alone in that room at 11:30pm

A spokesperson for the uni refused to comment claiming it is an off campus investigation and are heartbroken for the family and friends of Justine and offer their condolensces

11 feet and 11 stories are very different things.

i took too much once and it's really not a fun time. had a massive panic attack and would've probably done something stupid and dangerous had i not been with a friend at the time.

Unless that was laced with pcp there's no way smoking a joint is gonna make you freak out enough to jump in a garbage shoot.

Im with her mom, I find it hard to believe she jumped down a garbage chute on a whim, for no reason. Its possible, obviously. But something like her being chased makes more sense to me than the weed made her do it.

The weed couldve been lace with something. My friend once had a bad reaction to weed, then found out later it was laced with ecstasy. The experience was bad enough that he gave up weed after that.
