Universal I think partially owns the hulk movie. And Sony half owns the Spider-Man mcu films. It's a mess when it comes to mcu Spider-Man. Disney rightfully should sole own it. But unfortunately, years ago when Marvel was still independent, they sold the movie rights to Sony. Most movie rights for various characters have been reclaimed by Disney. Although Spider-Man is supposed to be coming to Disney+ in 2022. Legato-and-Vash posted... I always forget that's part of the MCU.
