Emulation (and piracy....) does preserve some video games >_> Tony Hawk Pro Skater series is NEVER getting licensed again due to the sheer number of things they would have to iron out, MGS3 still has its bonus disc content missing from the HD Collection, and game like Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma don't a company with their IP anymore afaik, so they're never going on a service.

Pretty sure Spencer means legal emulation, not like illegal roms lol I feel like Nintendo would be on board as long as they could get someone to do the legwork. Sony is a whole other issue.
