Jason Miller, a lamp operator and pipe rigger who worked on the Rust movie was tearing down the ill fated Alec Baldwin set when he was bit by a venmous brown recluse spider!!

He may finally get his workers' compensation after his repeated calls 6 times were ignored as he almost faced AMPUTATION on his arm!!

The diabetic worker was tearing down the set when suddenly he felt a sharp pain on his arm and saw a horrific brown recluse spider where he quickly swat it off and STOMPED it..

But within days he experienced symptoms including NECROSIS on his arm which occurs when cells die and causes sepsis

He went through multiple invasive surgeries where doctors had to cut out a bunch of muscle and skin from his left arm

Fortunately he responded well to treatment and will not have to have his arm amputated as pictures showed a vast improvement

But his attempts to get financial relief proved agonizing as he called execs about the workers comp that were dodged 6 times before the company agreed to pay for his damages and are working with the movie's insurance company to get him paid

And while talks are moving smoothly, they are preparing to file a complaint against them if they are not propertly compensated

A fundraising page was created to help him in the meantime that has raised over 13,000

He insists what happened to him is rare and would rather the focus be on the Hutchins lawsuit because he thinks freak deaths could have been avoided

It's also been revealed that the movie had a roughly 7.2 million budget and the armourer, Hannah Gutierrez Reed was paid less than 8000 for her job on set compared to 650,000 for producers and 350,000 for a contigency

Baldwin only earned 150,000 as the lead actor and his company was taking a 100,000 fee while Hutchins received 48,945

How often do people actually notice being bitten by a spider? Obviously it's more potent here being a brown recluse but I've never caught a pest in the act of biting me except ants or fleas or the like.
