It would probably just be like meeting Scaramouche, if you didn't meet him in the old event then the main story changes to meeting for the first time at the hideout. Whenever details from this event need to be relevant they likely will be explained when necessary for newcomers.

Putting work into temporary events is intentional FOMO strategy.

BTW I just noticed they added Razer Chroma support (for my Blade, at least) that change colors based on the element of the character you're using.

Also C6 Ningguang has the wildest spikes in damage I've ever seen. It's either like 2k or 25k

Alright, after a little hiatus I have finally entered back into spending again. Had to go tow pitys in for Freedom sword for my Kazuha but ended up with R5 Skyward Atlas in the process. Now i'll chill out until Itto comes out.

How much better is freedom sworn than iron sting?

It always struck me as kind of odd that iron sting is so tailor made for Kazuha despite being a weapon that came out way before he did

Not much, it has like 30 more EM so it's really only for pure EM builds. Its passive is good though because it buffs your party's atk by 20% and their charge damage by 16%

I don't have any concrete numbers but based off KeqingMains it should be a sizeable increase since Freedom sword boosts your team damage by a good amount while having overall higher stats across the board. Whether that's worth whaling or blowing your resources on I can't say.

Why? Eula is physical, Kazuha's passive buffs elemental damage he's the oddball. A better Eula party would be Eula/Raiden/Zhongli/Albedo

I mean, you can use any of them, it just won't be as effective. GMC and Ning can add some damage with their skill/burst (and the former gives you bonus crit rate while in their burst) and Noelle can offer a strong shield but with reduced uptime.

Even without the new Geo set, the R1 Cinnabar wep more than doubles Albedo's damage wtf.

He can get almost 40k damage on his E with a good build

Basically this weapon and all your gear with defense percent, CR and CD.

And yes, venti is the single most overpowered character in the game if you're dealing with characters that aren't super big. He literally cheeses them.

I dont think Ive ever gotten a artefact with both CR and CD on it at the same time. I struggle just to get one with the correct main stat >.>

So I have a full, kinda OK Kokomi Ocean Clam set built.

Right off the bat, the biggest problem is that the foam that builds up requires you to be close to enemies, and really doesn't seem to do that much damage.

Still need an ER sands (already have an HP one) and heal bonus circlet from the clam set, then I should be done. Decided to hold off on farming the other set because apparently it's not a large increase from Glad for Noelle and this will probably be hard to replace:

I think you over-invested in CR/CD on that Noelle. You really should have more DEF - ideally around 2300 to 2500. I'd drop your CD to ~150% and add a few hundred DEF and you'd utterly decimate with that Noelle.

You're using a Geo goblet, I assume?



I wish this wasn't ATK (although it does make his Burst stronger) but those sub rolls are just too good

Definitely going on Noelle if I ever make this set for her. I think Gladiator's might be kinda close given the increase normal attack dmg bonus

Nice. I switched to SS so my DEF isn't impressive but the CR makes up for it since I could then give her a CD hat.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if yours actually does slightly more damage, especially if you run her with Bennett

I wouldn't say this set dramatically improves her. I bet it's actually a lot better for Qiqi and maybe a healing-centric Jean (although she really would be better with VV)

It's not going to be great for Jean because she's going to hit the 30k cap almost immediately with her burst and her normal attack healing isn't going to contribute anything significant to the bubble.

I honestly think they're gonna have to completely rebalance Kokomi. I have her custom weapon, a full Lv 18+ new set, etc and she still feels very mediocre. I don't understand why they make her party heals so damn convoluted for seemingly no reason. I just don't understand what they think they're trying to do with her.

I rolled the weapon banner as well and managed a skyward blade for best boy bennett and finally got a SoBP for my main girl Eula.

problem is I have zero fucking leveling materials for weapons.

they should introduce a ley line for them. Its absurd.

Nah hes a great character now with his BiS free sword and new artifact set.

im just annoyed I dont have the weapon mats to build spindle right away.

especially when Im still leveling Homa, elegy and now Broken Pines and Skyward Blade.

i cant pull for anymore weapons or characters cause I dont have any leveling stuff lol.

Acktually Geo MC and C2+ Ningguang give more energy. Both can produce 3 particles on a 6 sec cooldown but Albedo's is 2.1 particles per 6sec on average assuming you get all 3 blossoms to proc. That said, Albedo does give the most off-field dps (especially now with the buffs).

Since I didn't have him before the buff, I don't know how much damage he used to do. But I can say that with the current buff he hits anywhere from 15k to 25k even with my bad set equipped. That is far and away the most off-field damage any of my characters can produce. Especially given that it's AOE.
