Rays have been around for just 23 years. In that time, theyve been division champs 4 times and won 2 AL pennants. Lions have been around for the entire damn Super Bowl era (starting in 1967) and in that time, have been division champs 3 times while never going to the Super Bowl. Theyve won a single playoff game in that span. Been a fan my whole life and other than 92 they sucked for all of them. The browns are a close 2nd but they left cleveland for a few years. The Pistons won some NBA titles (last one about 15 years ago, and the Detroit Tigers are usually pretty shit now (but they've at least won some championships (not in about 40 years though). Red wings have won tons of Stanley Cups and are still pretty consistent. The Lions though - they've pretty much always been shit. They had some winning seasons back in the 90's, but it's a death sentence to play there in the NFL. They wasted Barry Sanders and tons of other players.
