Arcanine2009 11/13/21 11:25:11 PM #19:	You catch Pokemon via regular way or via raids. Catching Pokemon gives you XP, stardust, and candy for the pokemon. You also get items by spinning pokestops, gyms and trading gifts with friends. items you can get are different types of berries to help you catch Pokemon or give you more candy, which you use they and stardust to level them up. There's also TMs that change the moves of fast or charged moves, but it's pretty much random and of course every Pokemon has their own moveset. This game is very much a social game. You can add people IRL, of discord or the Pokemon go board on gamefaqs and exchange gifts that will give you random items. Can also coordinate raids. Several people can fight in raids to catch stronger Pokemon (usually legendaries like 5 stars). You should be able to solo 1 star raids, but when you get to your 30s you will be able to solo 3 star raids. --- Less is more.
