At this point, the symptoms are fading. This is the 3rd time in my life Ive caught this and have no clue what it is. It always lasts around 12-15 hours.
I get abdominal pain in the front right of my body. I constantly have the urge to go take a shit but nothing comes out. Not even liquid. Just nothing. Its as if my body is trying to push but theres nothing in the chamber so to speak. Also, when I pee, I get a burning sensation from my urethra. Mid way in, I begin to vomit a few times. Also, my body gets cold and clamy as if its fighting something off. No fever though. now, Ive felt like this since I woke up around 8am; the abdominal pain is mostly gone. I dont have the urge to go to the bathroom anymore and I havent thrown up since 4pm. (6 hours ago). The burning sensation in my penis has gone down in but its still slightly there when I pee. Its a stomach bug of some sort I just wish I knew what the hell it was. -edit I forgot to mention, when I burp it feels/tastes like theres something rotten. I cant describe it but you know when your burp you can slightly taste what youve last ate? It tastes as if there is literally rotting meat coming out. Im not really sure how to articulate that. ... When was the last time this happened to you?
