It happened at Sol De Jalisco, a popular mexican restaurant when broland can be seen talking with the woman before the heifer then takes the lid off and points at it and then abruptly flings it to her face and grabs the male behind her out the door!! The tiktok video has gone viral as broland said the experience was self trauamatizing and heartbreaking and tells Dailymail that her spirit had been broken knowing someone could be so awful and laugh about it The unidentified woman is now facing charges as Officer Allen Teston said "We do not condone this type of behaviour and hold our citizens to the highest standards" Broland said the heifer called up the restaurant first to complain about the lid and was inconsolable despite offering a free meal and refund but she kept yelling and when she asked her please not to talk down to her, the woman yells "i can talk to you anyway the f* i wanted" and she said "no, ma'am, you will not" and hung up the phone.
