Calwings 11/11/21 1:30:41 PM #4:	I've never used Noivern in a playthrough of a normal Pokemon game, but I'm doing a playthrough of Inclement Emerald (an Emerald ROM hack with gen 1-7 Pokemon and a bunch of other feature/difficulty changes) and I was able to get a Noivern before the first gym because they put Noibat in Rusturf Tunnel and changed its evolution to a happiness evolution at night instead of a level-based evolution. It almost swept Brawly's entire team in the second gym (I think I switched it out for a bit when Brawly pulled out a Lucario) and it's still on my team now after six gym badges.
