Ive had such ptsd about people coughing and sneezing since Ive went back to work but its slowly getting easier. Im not worried about getting it anymore but the anxiety is still there

We did a partial return to office, but everyone comes back officially next week. 3 days in the office if you're able to and not full-time remote, the rest you can do what you want is the policy going forward. Everyone in the office right now is volunteer so we'll see what happens when people are forced to be there.

How strict is your office about masks and health, we are required to wear them any time we aren't at our desks. All of the meeting and work spaces are spread out now as well.

I would never want to go back to work after getting to work from home for an extended period of time.

I work from home on Sundays and its honestly just the best lol.

We did "Return to Office" a couple of weeks ago. But pretty much everyone is hybrid of full time remote. I think on average, I probably see 5 or 6 people in the office at one time, and that includes the two people on my team that I co-ordinate the same office day with.

However, I just became a lead and startring next year I could have a team that isn't even located in my city. So I will probably be fully remote at that point because what is the point of going in if my team isn't there anyways? Even my manager is going to be in another city.

You guys are lucky, I never left my office but we've been short 3 people (out of 6 total) at a 24/7 operation so I've had to work four or five 12 hour shifts every week along with a regular 8 hour day since July.
