For us both Xfinity (Comcast) AND Verizon were down! Verizon is back now, but we had no connectivity at all. My husband was still trying to work and lost an hour of work time. (Yes, its 11 pm here.)

I've been on the Fuck Comcast bandwagon for a while. What sucks though is I would LOVE for Comcast to come to my area. My whole county has like two internet companies total (and of course there's only one covering each house) and their service sucks. People go days without internet. You get 1/5th the promised speed. Like it's crappy. Our county would LOVE comcast because while it's' more expensive it's at least usually stable.
